Easter Biscuits

Easter cooking is always fun; this year, my mum discovered a nice recipe on twitter that we had a go at, and although I ate way too much of the mixture (it was yummy) I think that they were a success.

I'll be honest with you, the mix looked a little gross but by the time we squished it into a dough and rolled it out it looked awesome.

Here they are on the oven tray! They didn't take long in the oven but you can't really see the shapes in them due to the over-enthusiastic sprinkling of sugar by my mother. Hooligan!

Cool on a cooling rack and then put them on a plate or in a tin to stop them from going off. They are rather fab with a nice cup of tea!
